The Automated Project Audit Plan (PAP) is a Microsoft Excel workbook designed to facilitate the generation and monthly update of a Project Audit Plan. To provide the desired functionality, the workbook makes extensive use of Macros. In order for the workbook to function properly, the Excel application must be set up to run macros, requiring that the Macro Security level be set to Medium. To check your security setting, perform the following steps:
● From the Menu bar, select Tools / Options . . .
● From the resulting Options dialog box, click on the Security tab
● From within the Security tab dialog, click on the Macro Security button found in the lower right-hand corner
● From the Security dialog box, click on the Security Level tab and set the level to Medium by clicking on the option button.
● Click on OK to close the Security dialog box.
● Click OK one more time to save your setting and close the Options dialog box
