Prime Contract
The technical and non-technical project obligations r are set forth in various clauses of the contracts with the Client (known as the Prime Contract), which is one of the seven elements of the Project Baseline.
2. Scope of Work
The Scope of Work for the project is made up of both the scope of facilities and the scope of work document prepared by:
The Scope of Facilities summary is a brief overview of the facility within the scope of theproject.
• The Scope of Services summary is a brief overview of the services to be provided under the contract.
3. Project Execution Plan
A written Project Execution Plan has been prepared. It includes detailed scope of work statements and project requirements, and provides the strategic and tactical plans necessary to successfully execute the project in accordance with thе operating system.
4. Project Estimate
A TIC Estimate was developed and approved by during the FEED phase and is not

5 Management Level Schedule
The Management Level Schedule (also called a Level 1 schedule) is a bar chart that indicates all major activities and milestones for the project. Milestones should be included even if not part of scope, as they drive the planning and decision process for other phases of project delivery that support them.
6. Risk Assessment
The project is reimbursable and the only financial liability relates to the re-performance of services at own expense.
7. Project Commercial Baseline
The Commercial Baseline reflects the commercial aspects of the project, and as such is considered confidential. It is included in a separate volume from this manual, and is distributed to key members of the team on a need-to-know basis.
