1.0 SCOPE

This procedure covers the steps to be taken at the start of a new project. It is intended as a guide to the Project Manager and his team so that the work begins in an orderly and consistent manner.

It is written in chronological order reflecting the way a typical EPC project develops.

In completing the Job Instructions, Scope of Work and Basic Design Criteria the Project Manager can harness members of his team. This initial task is a good basis for integrating the personnel and establishing a single project environment.
