This procedure describes how the Safety, Health &

Environmental Actions Management System

(SHEAMS) shall be operated within the

Phase III Package 4 Oilfield Development Project. It

covers the raising, logging, control and close-out of

Safety, Health and Environmental Actions (SHEAs)

arising from studies, reports, HAZID’s and HAZOP’s

etc., carried out on the Project including those of subcontractors

and also any concerns raised by

personnel. SHEAMS is based on a spreadsheet kept
